Return Policy

Return Application Conditions

  • Application Time Limit: You are eligible to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged state, and should come with the original packaging intact (including all tags and accessories).
  • Situations Not Eligible for Hallmrak Returns:
    • Products that have been used or damaged (excluding quality-related issues).
    • Special items, customized products, and gift cards.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Customer Service
    Please provide the following details via the “Contact Us” page or by sending an email to [email protected]:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Product photo (in case the product is defective or damaged)
  • Step 2: Return Confirmation
    We will get back to you regarding your return request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a return address along with relevant instructions.
  • Step 3: Return the Item
    Please send the item back to the address we’ve provided and keep the logistics documents for your records. Generally, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, except when the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item being sent.
  • Step 4: Refund Processing
    We will process the refund within 7-10 working days after receiving and verifying that the returned item meets the specified conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued through the original payment method. For instance, if you paid for the order with a credit card, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
  • Refund Amount: Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping fee, unless the return is due to a defective product or a wrong delivery.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the product (for example, to change the size or color), please contact our customer service first to confirm the availability of the item in stock.
The exchanged product will be shipped out once we have received the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery of the Product
If the product you received has any of the following issues, please reach out to us immediately:

  • The product has obvious quality defects or is damaged.
  • The wrong product was sent, or part of the order is missing.
    In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you have the option to choose either a free exchange or a full refund.
